1. SKIDS: Solid 4X4 Pressure Treated Skids insure
maximum support for the deck as well as making the
building portable for delivery and installation.

2. FLOOR JOISTS: 2x6 Pressure treated floor joists
attached to skids with Simpson Hurricane Clipping
System. System eliminates notching of skids which mean
higher floor live load.

3. DECKING: 3/4 Tongue/Groove decking means added
strength and longevity. Superior only uses top of the line
decking with Sturdi-Floor or Adventech options.

4. FLOOR: The completed Superior Floor System offers
strength and economy. No need for a concrete slab!

5. TRUSS SYSTEM/FRAMING: Superior Sheds are
wood framed using Manufactured Truss System in a
gable format. Precision, strength, and confidence.

6. HURRICANE STRAPS: Steel Hurricane Straps are
used to reinforce construction and provide added
strength.

7. ALUMINUM LAP SIDING: Quality look with with
steel, or the constant painting and maintenance needed
for wood.

9. NEOPRENE WASHERS/STALL GUARD SCREWS:

extensively salt tested and guaranteed by the
manufacturer "NOT TO RUST!"

10. BUTYL TAPE SEALER: Pliable Putty Tape on
corners and seams to assure Non-Cracking and Leak
Proof Construction.

11. DOORS: Our standard 48X80 "EVERLAST" door
serves most needs. Superior also offers options
customized to your needs such as: Double Doors and
Roll-up Garage Doors.

12. WINDOWS/VENTS: Small or Large windows with
screens. Various ventilation methods from Ridge Vents
to Louver Vent.
